The Satvam Happiness Foundation, a Section 8 company established in 2024, is dedicated to creating a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of senior citizens, differently abled individuals, and underprivileged communities across India through targeted initiatives related to Enrichment, Learning, and Healthcare.

The word ‘Satvam’ embodies the Gunas in Hindu philosophy —purity, goodness, balance, and harmony. Through our genuine and passionate work, we wish to restore balance and harmony in the lives of the beneficiaries through our various initiatives. We aspire to bring inclusion, connectedness, and meaning.

Bharti Gurjar

Chief Visionary Officer Smt. Bharti Gurjar is a multifaceted personality, blending professional excellence, cultural depth, and a profound commitment to social impact. A seasoned banker, she served the State Bank of India for 36 years, while continually pursuing knowledge and self-growth. A Mumbai University topper in her part-time MBA at the age of 40, she has also explored her penchant for learning of diverse fields such as Tarot, Numerology, Calligraphy, and the historic Modi Script. She has also performed professionally in theatre and is an avid music enthusiast. Her early years were shaped by Bharatnatyam training as well. A committed Rotarian, Smt. Bharti is deeply involved in social service. She is the Founder of Satvam Happiness Foundation, a platform dedicated to enriching the lives of senior citizens, differently abled individuals, and the underprivileged, embodying her vision of purposeful and compassionate living.

Kanta Khosla

Chief Impact Officer Smt. Kanta Khosla is a radiant example of joy, resilience, and selfless service. A devoted homemaker and a spirited human being, she has always embraced life with positivity and purpose. Her ability to remain upbeat and full of life, no matter the circumstances, inspires those around her to find happiness in the little things. Deeply committed to community welfare, she is always ready to step up for any service activity, believing that true fulfillment lies in uplifting others. As the Founder of Satvam Happiness Foundation, she has created a platform dedicated to enriching the lives of senior citizens, differently-abled individuals, and the underprivileged, embodying her vision of a more compassionate and inclusive society. A music lover at heart, Smt. Khosla finds joy and solace in melodies, which further reflects her vibrant and soulful personality. Her journey is a celebration of living with kindness, enthusiasm, and a heart full of purpose.

Sunil Khosla

Sunil is a transformational leader with over 24 years of experience in CPG, Payments, Fintech, Insurance, Wellness, Dairy, SaaS, and Marketplace. As a Founder, Advisor, and Investor, he specializes in Business Advisory, B2B Consulting, Marketing, and Go-To-Market strategies, with expertise in emerging technologies like Generative AI and CPaaS. He focuses on Go-To-Market strategies, channel innovation, and rural marketing, working with global blue-chip companies to enhance retail transformation and supply chains. His background includes entrepreneurship, brand building, and scaling businesses through consumer insights and Bottom of the Pyramid (BOP) strategies. Sunil is also an avid Rotarian and Director for Youth, PIS, and Senior Citizens initiatives.

Tejasa Jhaveri

Tejasa is an experienced professional with 2 decades of experience and a diverse background in technology, consulting, and community service. With a Master's in Psychology and an MBA in Marketing and Finance, she utilizes her knowledge to drive positive change and develop innovative solutions for social well-being. Tejasa specializes in Senior Community Engagement, Networking, and Corporate Partnership Development. She is dedicated to enhancing well-being through programs for seniors and individuals with disabilities and Community Outreach. Additionally, she is actively involved in Rotary Anne and Rotary Inner Wheel, which are known for their humanitarian service and community development.
